The Australian NAO is currently responsible for international orders and distribution of all badges and certificates for The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award.*

To place an order for the IAF badges and certificates listed in our current Product Sheet, please complete our online order form.

After submitting your order, a member of our team will calculate postage costs and email payment details to you. All payments will need to be made online and via credit card only.

All costs (including postage and handling) will be provided and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). To estimate the exchange rate, the Australian NAO recommends using the Westpac currency converter.

Please note: The minimum total quantity for all orders is currently 40 items. This can be any combination of the items available (e.g. 20 badges + 20 certificates). Orders will be processed once a week on Tuesdays, Australian Eastern time. If you require an urgent order (outside of this schedule), please indicate this at the appropriate question in the online order form. Any urgent orders will incur an additional postage fee.

*Orders for Australian Award Centres will continue to go through their respective Divisions.

Who do I contact if I have any questions?

If you would like to speak to one of our staff over the phone, our reception number is +61 2 8241 1500. When prompted, please select menu option number 3 to speak to the National Office.

Our office hours are 9:00am-5:00pm (AEDT October-March, AEST April-September). Please use this time zone converter to assist in calculating the time difference.

What if I need to change or update my order?

To update or change your order, please email the relevant details to admin@dukeofed.com.au and quote the name of your NAO / Award Centre / Unit.

When should I place my order?

The Australian NAO suggests that you place any orders as soon as possible. Due to significant distances and possible delays (e.g. due to the global COVID-19 pandemic), we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes.

How much time should I allow for shipping?

How do I pay for my order?

Once the postage and handling fee for your order has been confirmed, an invoice for the total amount payable will be sent to your nominated email address.

Your invoice email will also include a hyperlink to our secure online payment page, where you can pay for your order by credit card.
